7 Minute Workout Attempt!


As I said in my previous blog; I have recently booked a holiday so I am now in the panic of trying to get my bikini body ready!! I do not want to loose any weight but I would love to be more toned so I thought I would give some YouTube exercise tutorial videos ago and see if they made me feel more confident ready for the beach. I know I don’t have much time so I am not expecting miracles but I think even if there is no physical evidence of me doing these videos I think it will help me mentally.
I found a 7 day challenge on YouTube and thought that it seemed perfect so I decided that this was the first tutorial that I would like to try. The video is called 7 Day Challenge – 7 Minute Workout and its is on Lucy Wyndham-Read’s YouTube channel. I liked the fact that it was just a 7 minute workout as it felt less intimidating than if it was longer. A lot of the comments on the video are very positive and so I thought why not give it a go.

Each part of the workout is fairly straightforward and easy to do so this eased the pressure and made me feel like it was something I could do. I did my first session and I loved it!! It was so simple but very effective. I was sweating a lot more than I thought I was going to but at the end I felt like I had achieved something and was proud that I had given it a go.

I am going to stick to the 7 day challenge and will keep you updated on how I am getting on.
