Granola Bars – Dairy and Gluten Free

Ingredients

250g mixed nuts and seeds (I used a mixture of walnuts, pecans, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds and goji berries)

100g Raisins and Dates

50g Desiccated coconut

50g coconut oil melted

4tbs tahini or nut butter

1tsp vanilla extracts

3 tbsp of sweetner

2 eggs

Instructions 

1- Place all ingredients in a blender

2 – Mix a few times until combined and pieces of nuts and seeds can still be seen.

3- Place in greased baking tray or onto baking paper.

4- Bake at 180 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown

Really easy to make and the recipe can be altered to different tastes to include different nuts or fruits.
